While we make every effort to ensure that you and your family have the vacation of a lifetime, please be advised there are no refunds on the purchase of our discounted packages. When your reservation is confirmed we purchase and confirm the availability with a variety of vendors and are therefore able to pass that saving along to you. Once confirmed the discounted products/services are taken out of inventory and therefore become non refundable. While there are no refunds we will however reschedule your vacation in case of emergency. Packages must be rescheduled within one year of purchase or all deposits are forfeit.
